Rippopotamus - Formed in Amherst, MA in 1990, Rippopotamus is a Boston Music Award-winning funk band that blends high energy grooves with rock, soul and brass. Known for their electrifying live shows the band has performed at major festivals including the Montreal Jazz Festival, provided theme music for MTV’s hit dating show “Singled Out”, and shared stages with legendary acts such as The Beastie Boys, Queen Latifah and The Mighty, Mighty Boston’s.

Greg Capozzi is a seasoned musician and dynamic DJ who has performed at hundreds of high-end events, including weddings, corporate functions, and residencies at Boston’s top venues. A former member of award-winning funk band Rippopotamus, he has appeared at major festivals like the Montreal Jazz Festival and shared stages across the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. Known for blending live saxophone with DJ sets, Greg brings unmatched energy and musicality to every performance. He is also the founder of C-Zone Entertainment, a leading event agency offering DJs, ensembles, and full-scale production services.
Kit Holliday has been singing professionally for most of her life. She’ll sing just about anything: R&B, funk, blues, gospel, jazz, “world music”, rock, even musical theatre. With a long history as a band leader, Kit is also well-known for her backup work on the festival circuit supporting such acts as Ryan Montbleau, Pink Talking Fish, and Zap Mama.
